With a background in luxury hospitality, interior design, and home organization, Alex brings a thoughtful, service-driven approach to her role as Director of Operations and Client Experience with the Ryan Shaw Group. While still an active and producing real estate agent with years in the field, Alex has transitioned into a leadership role focused on operations, allowing her to blend firsthand market knowledge with a highly personalized, white-glove client experience—from well before a transaction begins to long after it closes.
The Ryan Shaw Group is built on the belief that clients become friends, and friends often become "family". Alex plays a key role in bringing this philosophy to life by ensuring every interaction is intentional, welcoming, and rooted in genuine connection. She oversees and shapes the client journey with an emphasis on consistency, trust, and long-term relationships that extend far beyond the transaction itself.
Known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and approachable, positive style, Alex creates an experience that feels both seamless and deeply personal. Her goal is simple: to ensure every client feels heard, valued, and confidently supported while navigating one of the most significant transactions of their life.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs, exploring new neighborhoods and restaurants with friends, traveling, and—almost always—planning her next adventure.
