I am a kind and spirited individual, having endured numerous challenges and triumphed over adversities that life has thrown my way. As a proud mother of two beautiful children, I have learned the significance of resilience and empathy in shaping their lives. Initially trained as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I later embraced a new path by joining our family business, where I now proudly hold the position of VP of Human Capital. My foremost responsibility is to foster a supportive and value-driven environment for our team members. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply passionate about advocating for mental health, promoting gentle and compassionate parenting, and dedicating myself to be a positive role model for others. I strongly believe in paying it forward by inspiring and encouraging others, leading me to embark on the journey of writing a memoir. Through my story, I hope to inspire those who can relate to my experiences and instill a sense of hope and strength in every reader.
